Activate a strategic social media campaign for Orchard Place with objective of increasing brand awareness and building a wellness community ahead of the destinations opening in Q3 2022.

Solution

Our brand communications team produced a three-phased strategy and monthly content plan ahead of the physical launch of Orchard Place. Our aim was to become the ‘online wellness destination’. We launched across Instagram, Twitter & Facebook with a Be Well campaign to build awareness and create a community to re-target once the physical destination is launched.
