Orchard Place | Placemaking Campaign
The LMH creative team worked with Northacre to conceptualise and create a placemaking campaign for Orchard Place at The Broadway.
A contemporary lifestyle destination, set within a neighbourhood unlike any other, Orchard Place was imagined to encourage wellness, nourish its community & reinvigorate Westminster. The placemaking strategy included creating the branding, the visual identity brand communications campaign as well as curating a community research report which launched at a panel event chaired by leading thought leaders in the industry. After extensive research and a placemaking workshop, Orchard Place became The Wellness Capital of London.
With the aim of becoming the ‘online wellness destination’, we compiled a strategy and content plan ahead of the physical launch of Orchard Place. In phase one we launched across all social media channels with the Be Well campaign. This was used to build awareness and create a community to re-target once the physical destination launched.
Within the first two months we gained 130k impressions on Instagram and had a reach of 171k on Facebook.
